Are mustangs cheap to repair?

I'm looking at a 2003 ford mustang premiun(not gt). It has 85,288 miles on it and is in great shape and inspected. How expensive would it be to repair parts on it. I'd like estimates on parts like radiators, engine, transmission ect. Its an automatic, never driven hard and only 1 owner.
