Help, terrified to drive!?

I'm 16, and have my permit. I know i need to find time to drive, but doing it just freaks me out. I don't know why, but if i am driving within the vicinity of other cars I almost lose it. I was in a bad wreck when i was 11, and idk if that has something to do with it, but i need to get over this. advice please?
