I have no idea on what to do, so what do I do?

In my ROTC program, I was appointed armed drill team commander position, and about every month or so we go to a drill competitions and get 'inspected' by Marine Corps Drill Instructers, and I'm not sure if I could handle being the armed drill commander. Should I resign and just be a member of the drill team, or should I continue being the commander and worry on wether or not I'll be able to keep from buckling under the pressure. I'm just really stressed out on realizing what I've gotten my self into. What should I do about this?
