Would our sun be visible to the naked eye from the vicinity of Betelgeuse?

probably not, because belegeuse is a red giant and it gives off 10,000 times more light then our sun. Thats like trying to see a light bulb from dozens of miles away (probably more like a few hundred but you get the point)
